For custom lighting or made-to-order designs, please allow an extra 3–5 business days so we can perfect the details.

Our standard delivery window is 7–10 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times may shift slightly depending on your location, seasonal demand, or customs checks for international orders.
Shipping Costs
We keep shipping simple and transparent. Costs are based on your delivery address and order weight, and are shown clearly at checkout before you confirm your purchase.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking link by email. From warehouse to doorstep, you’ll know exactly where your package is.

Returned Shipments
Orders may be returned to us if the address is incorrect, the delivery is refused, the package is uncollected, or customs fees remain unpaid. In such cases, Perla Lighting cannot be held responsible for the return.
