Refund policy

At Perla Lighting, we take pride in the quality of our products. Each piece is designed to bring light, comfort, and beauty into your home. If, however, your order doesn’t arrive as expected, we’re here to help.


Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with all packaging.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.


Non-Returnable Items

For safety, hygiene, and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:

  • Personalized or custom-made products (unless they arrive damaged or faulty)

  • Items marked “Final Sale”

  • Gift cards


Damaged or Faulty Products

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We’ll arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.


Refund Process

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

  • Please note: Shipping fees are non-refundable.


Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is faulty or the wrong product was sent.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot guarantee refunds for items that don’t reach us.


Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, simply return your product for a refund and place a new order.
